We also produce the Concert Diary, which gives details of as many concerts as possible in the area, providing useful information to members and helping to avoid clashes of events. This has been an important part of our function from the start.

In the early 1980s a public appeal raised sufficient funds to purchase a Steinway piano, housed in the Westmorland Hall. More recently we have been able to obtain a Lottery grant from Youth Music to set up MusicLinks, taking music to the further reaches of our area.
