MusicLinks offers a range of accredited courses.

We currently offer accreditation through the Arts Award, and also run four Open College Network courses:
Researching Local History
Musical Composition and Interpretation
Designing Sets, Costumes, and Props
Taking Part in Performance

The Music Bus

The Music Bus project has been developed by Musiclinks for use throughout Cumbria and beyond.

The Music Bus Project has attracted regular funding support through both County and District Councils, as well as through the National Foundation for Youth Music, ACENW, the Foyle Foundation, the Tudor Trust,The LDNPA and the Cumbria Community Foundation.
The purpose of Music Bus Project is to:

Serve villages and market towns
Provide regular workshop oppurtunities for the wider community

Increase the access to, and the audience for original Cumbrian music

Increase training opportunities for local musicians
Provide a locally accessible venue for people to follow their musical and artistic instincts freely
